Peminic provides a common set of robust tools to analyze the data in your solution(s). These comprehensive analysis and reporting tools go well beyond the traditional resource intensive “create and print” reporting found in most systems.
Management Dashboard:
The dashboard is the centerpiece of Peminic’s on-demand data analysis and reporting. The dashboard provides each user with a blank canvas to create and display any piece of real time information they want from any Peminic solution or external source of information. There is no need to dedicate valuable resources to respond to requests for reports and data analysis.
This dashboard offers significant advantages over traditional static, paper reports:
- It gives the people who need information a simple, direct, powerful and immediate way to access it.
- Eliminates the resources and time to create and distribute individual “static” reports via paper or e-mail.
- Eliminates or greatly reduces the “wasteful” practice of generating paper reports.
- Displays real time information.
- Provides dynamic data analysis through drill down.
- Provides cross functional data analysis for comparison and correlations.
- Creation and monitoring of key indications.
- Ability to create and modify reports at any time through an ad-hoc report creation wizard
Ability to create all types of charts and lists.
- Ability to display external sources of information such as web pages.
- Has all the capabilities of traditional reporting including printing and e-mailing of reports displayed on the dashboard.
- Each user can create multiple dashboards with multiple reports on each
Advanced Report Library:
Each Peminic solution comes pre-existing set of comprehensive reports in the solution's reporting library. Our extensive collection of report templates are written using the powerful Crystal Reporting Tool. The .rpt files can then be imported into into the solution for others to run.
The library is updated from three sources:
- Reports Peminic designs and distributes based on our extensive experience in the healthcare industry.
- Reports produced and shared by our clients over time.
- Reports you provide us upon your initial implementation.
System security allows permissioned users to run these reports by simply selecting a few parameters and running the report. Reports may be produced in a variety of output formats and have drill down capability. Reports can be modified or added by Crystal Report staff or you may contract with Peminic to modify and build addtional reports for your speific needs.
Ad-Hoc Reporting:
If you don’t use Crystal Reports, Peminic’s system includes our own “wizard-like” ad hoc report writer. The wizard will guide you through the simple process to build reports from the ground up or use an existing report as a template.
Advance Search/Query:
Peminic’s powerful search tool provides unlimited query capability using multiple fields in the system. It gives you the ability to quickly see and tabulate results without creating a chart or graphical report.
Features include:
- Quickly counts and displays results.
- Ability to select and sort output by multiple fields.
- Save searches to an easy to use drop down list.
- Automatically create and distribute search results on a regular schedule.
- Export the results to Excel with the push of a button
Threshold Alerts:
Peminic’s system provides automated monitoring of event patterns for real-time notification of trends. Easily created alert parameters reside in the background until conditions triggers are met. No need to reun a report looking for a pattern. Tell the system what to look for and our solutions will proactivley notify the correct person. For example, one might create an alert to trigger when a specific event type occurs 5 times over the course of a month in a certain location, or involving a certain staff person.
Admission Alerts:
This alert capability will notify the appropriate staff memeber when a individual, with previous history in one or more Peminic solutions, is admitted to the facility. Example, an individual with a history is falls is addmitted. This is an opportunity for a proactive approach to intervention.
Traditional System Alerts:
These alerts are used to notify the responsible party of events or tasks to facilitate timely follow-up, drive workflow and prevent things from slipping through cracks. For example, one might set an alert to trigger should a time sensitive task become past due. This real time functionality is a significant enhancement over reviewing exception reports after the fact.
