Training

Peminic will be offering online training courses intended for existing customers and new users of the Peminic applications. Courses will be given through the internet and will cover standard WEBagent features and functions. The purpose of the these course will be to further train customers on the features and functions of WEBagent as well as allowing new users of the applications to receive training from a Peminic staff.

Registration
Interested participants will need to register for each class. There is no limit to the number of classes a person can take. Classes will be limited to 10 attendees. Each class is filled on a first come, first serve basis. Participants will need to register at least five (5) business days before the scheduled date of the class. Once a participant is registered for a class they will receive the Webex invitation through email. Users will be expected to use the Webex invite to attend the meeting. Included in the invite will be all training materials, dates, times and conference call services. Frequency
Online courses will be offered weekly on Tuesday afternoons starting at 1pm EST. Some classes will be offered more frequently then others as based on demand.

Classes
Classes will be conducted by a Subject Matter Exert (SME) through a Webex session and conference call. The SME will review the course outline and training materials during the class as well as provide real world examples for using the functionality. Participants will be given the opportunity to ask questions through out the class. Classes will be targeted for one hour but can run longer due to the number of participants, questions and subject of the class.

Training Materials
Each attendee will receive training materials that cover the designated topic. These materials will include a copy of a MS Power Point presentation (if available), step-by-step instructions document and the course outline/description. These materials will be sent to registered users no later then 3 days prior to the date of the course. Registered participants will be expected to review the materials prior to the class. Additional copies of the training material may be requested at any time. Training materials will be provided in electronic format only.

User Accounts & Administration

Course Description
This class will cover in detail how user accounts are created and administered in WEBagent applications. Participants will cover the creation on new user accounts, editing/managing existing user accounts and the disabling of user accounts. Participants will learn how to reset passwords, force password resets, create/change user types, edit/update user IDs and email addresses and change /update user group security. The estimated length of the course is 45 mins.

User Group Administration

Course Description
Attendees will learn how to create, update/edit and disable User Groups in the WEBagent application. Participants will focus on the use of primary and non-primary User Groups and cover the use of data filters. In addition, participants will review in detail the security and functionality features that are controlled through user groups. These features include view/edit/delete options, searching restrictions, report restrictions, administration options and record level functions. The estimated length of this class is one hour.

System Alerts

Course Description
Participants in this class will receive an in depth review of the WEBagent System Alerts features and functions. Attendees will review the configuration and creation of system alerts, common uses for the multiple types of system alerts, update/maintenance of system alerts and over all impact of alerts on your organization.

Advanced Searching

Course Description
One of the key benefits of a WEBagent application is the ability to search on any field in the application. In this course attendees will learn how to add fields for searching, system limitations & restrictions, refining searches, search filters, exporting search results to MS Excel and sorting search results. The course is intended for users that have a fundamental understanding of the application structure and have prior experience using WEBagent. Course length is approximately one hour.

DB Designer

Course Description
WEBagent was built to allow customer the ability update, change and enhance applications. System Administrators need to know how and when to make changes. During this course attendees will review how to add fields, hide fields, add choices, hide choices, change field size, using default values and run the TOC process. Participants will also review in great detail when to make changes, when not to make changes and the ramifications of making changes to a training, testing and production applications. This training is for system administrators only. Course length is approximately one hour.

System Views

Course Description
System Views can be a necessary part of an enterprise roll out of WEBagent. System Views control the security of the administrative section of WEBagent as well as system alerts and advanced searches. During this course attendees will cover how to create, edit and administer the System Views in an application. Participants will review the impact of creating new System Views or enhancing existing ones. Participants must have previous experience with setting up and maintaining User Groups and Users in order to attend the course.

Email Templates

Course Description
One of the key methods of collecting data and leveraging WEBagent’s powerful workflow capabilities is through the use of Email Templates. During this course attendees will cover how to create new email templates, edit/update existing email templates and review common templates used in previous projects. Since the Workflow/Activity section is common across all WEBagent modules this training session will not be focused on a single application.

Scheduled Search

Course Description
Scheduled Search enables administrators of any Peminic application to schedule the distribution of Advanced Search results. This course will cover the methods for creating, configuring and administration of the Scheduled Search functionality. The customer must have the most recent version of the Peminic application (v.2.2.4.1) in order to use the functionality in production.

Activity Tab

Course Description
The Activity Tab is a standard function available for all Peminic applications. This course we review the use of the Activity Tab in production environments along with a detailed explanation of “best practices” for use in multiple modules. Security and setup are detailed during this course.

Dashboard

Course Description
One of the newest functions of the Peminic product is the ability to graphically represent data on the Peminic WEBagent Dashboard. During this course a detailed explanation of will be provided for the creation of dashboard views and objects. The course will cover the security and administration of the dashboard as well as user access and control. The Dashboard is an add-on to the system and is not included is the standard delivery of the Peminic applications.
