Mike Graham
Chief Executive Officer
Mike has over 20 years of experience across a variety of healthcare enterprises including healthcare data solutions and services, pharmaceutical services, and medical devices.
Mike has served as both COO and CFO over the last 15 years, most recently with Rogers MIS, a provider of proprietary data, analysis and solutions to the pharmaceutical and biotech industries, preceded by HTH Worldwide (international physician/provider networks), Ceridian Corporation (corporate EAP services), Surgical Laser Technologies (medical devices) and Johnson & Johnson. During this time Mike gained extensive experience in financial capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, and building efficient and effective teams.
Mike holds a BA in Marketing from the University of Washington and a MBA in Finance and Organizational Development from Northwestern University’s Kellogg Graduate School of Management.
Cameron Kelley
Chief Technology Officer
Cameron has over 15 years experience in leading technology teams in healthcare and communications environments. Prior to Peminic, Cameron came from Ascension Health where, as its Chief Architect, he was responsible for developing the architectural vision, team, methods and standards. Prior to Ascension Health, Cameron was a Principal and healthcare practice leader with eVergance, a professional services organization. Prior to this, he held a variety of technology leadership roles with Accenture, a major consulting firm, leading large development teams primarily in the communications industry.
Cameron received an honorable discharge from the US Army following service including Desert Storm and was heavily decorated including three Bronze stars. Cameron holds a MS in Computer Science from the University of Memphis, graduating magna cum laude.
Mike Personett
SVP - Product and Corporate Development
Mike has over 15 years of experience in the healthcare industry. His career has focused on the application of technology to improve performance of quality, risk and financial management. His accomplishments have improved identification methods of risk and investments in quality programs. His financial background includes operational analysis of business units, mergers and acquisitions, and risk analysis.
Prior to joining Peminic, he worked as Director of Risk Information Systems for Tenet Healthcare and has extensive experience in managing large scale deployments of risk and quality solutions.
Mike holds a bachelor’s of science in accounting from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business. He is a Certified Professional in Healthcare Risk Management, a member of the American Society of Healthcare Risk Managers and the Risk and Insurance Management Society.
Chris Ryan
VP - Finance & Administration
Chris is a CPA with over 15 years of operational and financial management experience from emerging companies to major corporations. He has been the CFO of both public and private companies and held senior financial management positions with multi-national corporations. Chris has also worked as an auditor for Deloitte and Touche.
Chris holds a Bachelors of Science from Montclair State University and a Masters degree in Business Administration from Fordham University
Bill Schwacke
VP - Professional Services
Bill has over 12 years of experience in performing and managing the implementation of enterprise software solutions for the healthcare and financial industries. His previous experience at Peminic includes product and application development, quality assurance, client customization and the development of the over all client implementation process. His close involvement in working with our clients to automate their risk management processes provides a solid understanding of our client’s needs and requirements.
Prior to joining Peminic, Bill was the Implementation Services Manager for e2Staff.com, were he instrumental in the design, development and implementation of an online service to design and improve the scheduling, training and credentialing functions in the healthcare industry. Bill holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Speech Communications from The University of Maryland at College Park.
Bruce Sherr
VP - New Business Development
Bruce has 40 years experience in technology with 30 of that in healthcare informatics. During this time, Bruce has held sales and marketing executive positions with a variety of healthcare IT companies ranging from Thomson Healthcare, Solucient, HCIA, HBSI, Computer Synergy, Micro Health Systems, Medicus Systems and Shared Medical Systems. Along the way, Bruce experienced successful high growth environments, leading to IPO’s as well as acquisition by larger entities such as Baxter, Johnson & Johnson, Per-Se Technologies and Thomson. As a Practice Director, Bruce also helped Coopers & Lybrand build it’s HIS consulting business. Bruce began his career with IBM and is a member of the ACHE, HRMA and is on the Board of Directors of Spinemark Corporation, a company specializing in spine care centers of excellence.
Bruce majored in accounting at Penn State and played Freshman Basketball. He also served in the Marines as a Platoon leader.
Paul Stehr
SVP - Sales & Marketing
Paul has more than 20 years of successful sales and marketing experience in technology solutions and professional services. His career has included a variety of technologies including enterprise document and collaborative management, electronic forms and automated workflow, enterprise solutions for clinical, financial, electronic medical records, staff and patient scheduling, as well as other specialized solutions for the healthcare environment.
Paul has worked for companies that are renown in their fields, including: Open Text Company, Regional Sales Manager for the Document Systems Division of Standard Register, Regional Vice President for Per- Sé Technologies, National Sales Manager for MedPlus, and District Manager of Healthcare for Dictaphone.
Dan Underberger, MD
Founder and Chief Medical Officer
A pioneer in the field of healthcare informatics, Dr. Underberger is equally experienced in enterprise software and clinical practice.
Before he became a founder of Peminic, Dan was co-founder of ClinNet Solutions and began his business career in 1995 as Medical Director for Reuters Health Information Services (RHIS). He previously was in private practice as a board-certified anesthesiologist.
He earned his medical degree from George Washington University Medical School in Washington, DC in 1986, where he continued his clinical work in Internal Medicine. He completed his anesthesia residency at the University of Arizona Health Science Center in Tucson, AZ in 1990 and was in private practice until 1995.
