The Director of Project Management serves Peminic clients by providing oversight to all client and internal projects. The position works with all functions and clients to coordinate priorities and project the impact to scheduling and current project activity. The position maintains the overall consumption of resources, scheduling, project management, and project accounting. The position must work across department functions to ensure projects are properly prioritized, planned, communicated and completed according to schedule. The position provides transparency of project status to each client, department, and company management ensuring real time status reports and what-if analysis. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants. The Project Manager will also define the project’s objectives and oversee quality control throughout its life cycle.
